Description
Blue Vervain (Verbena hastata). Traditionally thought to stimulate the liver, soothe the nervous system, detoxify the body, reduce depression and stress, eliminate pain, lower inflammation, protect the immune system, and alleviate chest congestion.
Often brewed as a tea, used in bath, or infused in a salve.
Not recommended for use during pregnancy.
