Shipping

We ship all orders via the U.S. Postal Service.

Priority Shipping does not come with a guaranteed delivery date. Once USPS receives your package, they are then responsible for the delivery and condition of your package. We expect most orders to arrive within 2-5 business days, but due to circumstances that are out of our hands, your package may be delayed in transit. Should your package take more than 10 business days to arrive, we can then file with USPS for insurance.

Express shipping is available as an upgrade selection during checkout. Priority Express provides 1-day or 2-day shipping depending on your location.

Refunds

We at Big Easy Herb Company take pride in the quality of our products. If upon receipt you have any concerns, please contact us within 14 days.

All products must be return in unused, untampered with condition. We will not accept returns of products that have been opened. All our herbal products are shipped in sealed bags. These seals must be intact.

Big Easy Herb Company is not responsible for return shipping costs if sending product back.

Shipping fees will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to deny refund, exchange, or store credit on questionable returns.
