When Will My Order Ship?

For orders placed before noon Central Time Monday-Friday and by 8am Saturday we do our best to ship same day. Orders after that time may be shipped the next business day. Flat rate shipping is via USPS Priority Mail and will arrive at most locations in 2-5 days. Expedited Shipping (USPS Express, 1-2 business day guaranteed money back delivery date and time) orders must be received by 12 pm CST, & will ship same day, Monday-Friday.

Will I Receive A Tracking Number?

Yes. All orders are sent via the United States Postal Service, which always include tracking numbers. Once your order has been packed, you will receive a completed order email with your tracking information. If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder. If you do not receive this email in 1 business day, please contact us.

When Will I Receive My Order?

Priority Shipping does not come with a guaranteed delivery date. Once USPS receives your package, they are then responsible for the delivery and condition of your package. We expect most orders to arrive within 2-5 business days, but due to circumstances that are out of our hands, your package may be delayed in transit. Should your package take more than 10 business days to arrive, we can then file with USPS for insurance.

Express shipping is available as an upgrade selection during checkout. Priority Express provides 1-day or 2-day shipping depending on your location.

Are Your Teas Tested?

Yes. Our Asian teas are tested for purity and contaminants, including salmonella and heavy metals.

Do You Provide Discount Codes?

We do not have coupon codes in favor of lowering our product prices across the board. That way everyone can enjoy quality products at reasonable prices! Check out our Facebook business page for any currently available specials.
